Before you install
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days with Pro limits, no card needed. We e-mail you 3 days and 1 day before it ends.
What happens when the trial ends without a plan?
Nothing is deleted. Your oldest calendar keeps syncing once a day and the others are paused until you subscribe.
What counts as a calendar?
One iCal feed copied into one Google Calendar. The same feed sent to two Google Calendars counts as two.
How do I cancel or change plan?
Open ICalSync in Google Calendar, then Dashboard > Manage Billing. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How does the Host plan work for rentals?
Connect the calendar link of each channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia), group them in a property, then paste the property's link for each channel back into that channel. A booking on one channel closes the dates on the others, and we e-mail you if the same dates get booked twice. Guest names and details never leave ICalSync.
What counts as a property?
One rental unit with its own channel calendars. Host plans include 3, 10 or 25 properties; the free trial includes 3.
Which calendars can I connect?
Anything that publishes a standard iCal (.ics) feed — most booking systems, university timetables, project tools and other calendar providers do.
How quickly do changes appear?
Feeds are checked every 15 minutes on Personal and every 5 minutes on Pro, and Sync now pulls changes at once. How fast a change reaches the feed itself depends on the source calendar.
Can my whole organisation use it?
Yes. A Google Workspace administrator can install ICalSync domain-wide from the Marketplace. A Team plan billed per domain is coming soon; until then each user picks their own plan.
What happens if I uninstall?
Access is revoked immediately from the Marketplace or your Google account's connected apps.
