Our Manifesto

Most of the time people lose at work does not go to the hard problems. It goes to small, repeated friction — a calendar that disagrees with another calendar, the same reply typed for the fiftieth time, an on-call rota living in a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Each of our apps takes one of those and removes it.

We build in the open where we can. GAPPS, the Python library underneath these add-ons, is free for anyone to use, and the same care goes into the paid apps as into the library they are built on. Every app installs from the Google Workspace Marketplace, requests only the permissions it genuinely needs, and publishes its own privacy policy saying exactly what it touches.

All of it stands on work we did not pay for, so some of what the apps earn goes back the other way — to open-source projects and to the communities that teach the next set of maintainers. In 2026 that means sponsoring PyCon Togo, the Python conference in Lomé.

Small tools, made properly, in the apps you already have open. No new platform to adopt, no migration, no retraining — just the friction gone. And if the tool you need does not exist yet, we build those too.
